A: Yes! We offer Invisalign, Clear Braces, or traditional metal braces.

Q: Do I have to pay for the first consultation?

A: No, there is no charge up until treatment. An additional bonus is an updated x-ray for free.

Q: What insurance do you take?

A: We take most insurances. Make sure that your insurance has dental or orthodontic coverage.

Q:Why should I see an orthodontist?

A: They can straighten your teeth and in addition they will correct any bite problems.

Q: What can an uncorrected bite lead to?

A: Issues that can arise are premature wearing of the teeth which may result in cracking, chipping, or breaking of your teeth. It may also contribute to incorrect jaw growth.

Q:When should I see an orthodontist?

A: You can see one at anytime. Dr. Summers treat patients of all ages.

Q: When should I take my child?

A: Dr. Summers recommends having a child screened for potentially damaging orthodontic issues at age seven.

Q: Why have my teeth moved after orthodontic treatment?

A: Teeth will naturally shift and move as you age.

Q: After treatment how can I make sure to maintain my stright smile?

A: Make sure to always wear your retainer as instructed.

Q: What if I break or lose my retainer?

A: Replace it as soon as possible! Give us a call and we can schedule you for a renewal.

Q: Can dental work effect the fit of my retainer?

A: Yes. Crowns or implants can effect the fit of the retainer. It’s recommended that you get a new retainer after such dental work.
